We have existed and successfully conducted our business for over eight decades.
Every year we are more and more committed in every segment to improve our operations, and to develop and to grow in an ambitious and sustainable manner. However, we never forget our people, our environment and the society we belong to.
As an extension to our core values such as care, integrity, initiative, and superior quality of our products, and as the largest pharmaceutical company in the region, we aim to remain a socially responsible and ethical company.

Dealing with our clients takes place in accordance with the high standards of development, bringing together the common qualities in excellent cooperation. Every year we have panel meetings and discussions (brainstorming sessions) with suppliers, in order to improve every segment of our relationship.

For that purpose we have reconstructed and fully equipped our educational center in Dojran, Republic of North Macedonia.
We are continuously improving the working conditions, the benefits for our employees, and the reward system. But, simultaneously, we are focusing on improving our efficiency and our system as a whole. We were awarded a plaque from the Macedonian Occupational Safety and Health Association, for being the safest employer of the year 2009.

The Code should serve as an indicator of what we do and how we behave every minute or moment of the day”.
Starting from the school year 2007/08 to date, the Trajce Mukaetov Foundation has participated in sponsoring 102 students of pharmacy and medicine at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University.
After their graduation, they now have a chance to build their career in Alkaloid AD.
We support and contribute to the successful work of many Macedonian and foreign chambers, associations and organizations. Alkaloid AD is a proven supporter of Macedonian sports and the Macedonian handball, volleyball and basketball national teams.
The Alkaloid AD chess team proudly represents the Macedonian flag. In addition, we actively support cultural events by providing top conditions for our most prominent artists to create works of art.
